Here is what makes this home above the rest:Truly stocked, I did not have to get paper towels dish detergent, etc the day after arrival. The pool was amazing, and the dog wash station was used every day. My dog loved it! The best thing about the house was all the “extras”. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you could possibly need! Not sure there was anything that we needed that they did not have…..in abundance. Check in and especially the checkout were painless. As a working mom I’m used to making sure all the details are covered and don’t felt like a million bucks to have someone else look out for everything for me. The house wasn’t quite as large as it appeared in the video, but to be fair, the host did advise us to verify the floor plan for sleeping arrangements ahead of time. Even though it was smaller than expected, we were still able to make it work comfortably for our kids and grandkids. The home was super clean, stocked with every amenity you could think of, and plenty of extras too. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The house was very clean and stocked with lots of toys, kayaks, beach tents, masks and fins, and loads more. We used the pools, especially the round one on the bay side. The natural trees providing shade and the beautiful setting were so relaxing and the kids loved it. The ocean views from the house and front porch are breathtaking!

Sparkling clean, amazing location, and stocked with everything from beach towels to coffee and tea to everything you need to enjoy the beach. One of us forgot a toothbrush, they had that stocked, someone else forgot a hair dryer but there’s one in every bathroom. They also gave a generous gift basket and a baby basket (children’s Motrin, grooming kit, etc). The kids had a blast with the treasure hunt in the rooms as well! Thank you!

We had a group of 9 which included a 2 yo and y'all made it so easy with the pak and play, high chair and extras for wee ones. It meant they did not have to pack all of that and could just show up. (5 stars)Our party was 8 adults and 5 kids - my wife and I, our 3 adult kids with spouses, and all of their children. The two key features of the property were size; features catering to families with kids; and very short distance to the beach with a huge supply of chairs, awnings, etc. There were a few minor maintenance issues - it's clearly a heavily used property. However, the property manager, Al, was highly responsive. We'd recommend the property to others

It's true that "Oceania" is visited extremely often; it averages over 90% occupancy and is among the most popular oceanfront vacation rentals in the entire state, along with a few others of our Beach Houses in Paradise rentals.
Fortunately, the home's newer and modern construction makes it a breeze to maintain.

Along with the water toys, bicycles there was always something for everyone to enjoy. Great location and property. Al was responsive to all our questions prior to arrival.

It felt like a secluded and natural hideaway amid an otherwise busy stretch of beach. The beach was clean and smooth. The house was spacious and well suited for our large family gathering together. There was plenty to do, from ping pong to board games to a well stocked kitchen. We had a very relaxing time!

The house was fully stocked with beach chairs, games, fishing gear, kitchen supplies, and tons of towels. Convenient to Stuart and shopping. Checkin and checkout were excellent. Our family vacation had something for everyone. We'd definitely stay again.

(5 stars)The property and location were great and all 17 of us agreed. Sleeping was cozy with 17, ranging ages from 12 to 92, but we didnt come to sleep. The river side was awesome for fishing, kayaking, hanging out on the sandbar and sunsets. The ocean was right across the street. The property qas clean and well-stocked other than food. We would definitely come back.

The chance to use both sides for swimming and playing was awesome! It had plenty of toys and activities for all ages. Our teenage grandsons loved the lookout space. One of the best places!

There was an abundance of “extra” water equipment, shoes, beach towels, toys…. You name it and it was probably there for you to enjoy!
